Program overview

DevOps is the discipline of delivering software quickly and safely. This program covers the full toolchain — CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and observability — alongside the culture and practices that make them work. Everything is learned by building real pipelines for real applications.

What you'll be able to do

  • Build CI/CD pipelines that test, package, and deploy automatically
  • Containerize applications and orchestrate them with Kubernetes
  • Manage infrastructure as code across environments
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting that engineers trust
  • Apply SRE concepts: SLOs, error budgets, and incident practice

Tools & technologies

  • GitHub Actions
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform
  • ArgoCD
  • Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • AWS

Projects & capstone

You graduate with evidence, not just knowledge. Key projects include:

Zero-downtime CI/CD pipeline with automated rollback

Kubernetes deployment with GitOps workflow

Capstone: end-to-end delivery platform, documented and demoed

Who this program is for

  • Developers moving into DevOps/platform roles
  • Sysadmins adopting automation
  • Cloud engineers adding delivery skills

Eligibility

Comfort with at least one programming or scripting language and basic command-line use. Cloud experience helpful but not required.
