1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pioneer Academy website and, together with your enrollment agreement, your participation in our programs. By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

2. Programs & enrollment

• Program descriptions, schedules, curriculum, and faculty are provided in good faith and may be refined to keep content current. Material changes to a program you are enrolled in will be communicated in advance.
• Enrollment is confirmed upon acceptance of your application and receipt of tuition or an agreed payment plan.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort that does not reach viable enrollment; in that case you may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund.

3. Student responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during application and enrollment.
• Complete coursework with academic integrity: submitted project work must be your own, with sources and AI assistance disclosed where required by program policy.
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with professionalism. We may remove participants who violate community standards, following a documented warning process.

4. Certificates

Certificates are awarded upon completion of all required project work to the program's published standard. Certificates evidence completion of Pioneer Academy programs; they are not government-issued academic degrees, and we make no representation otherwise.

5. No employment guarantee

We provide rigorous training and structured career support. We do not and cannot guarantee employment, salary levels, or any specific career outcome, and nothing on this website should be read as such a guarantee.

6. Intellectual property

All curriculum, materials, and website content are the property of Pioneer Academy or its licensors and are provided for your personal educational use. You retain full ownership of the projects you create during your studies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pioneer Academy's total liability arising from your use of the website or participation in a program is limited to the tuition you paid for that program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
