Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The 14-day assurance

You may withdraw from any program within 14 calendar days of your program start date and receive a full refund of tuition paid — no questions asked. Notify us in writing via the contact page or your advisor; refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Before your program starts

Cancellations made any time before your cohort start date receive a full refund of tuition paid. If you prefer, you may transfer your enrollment to a later cohort of the same program at no cost.

3. After the 14-day window

• Withdrawals after 14 days from the program start are eligible for a pro-rated refund of any prepaid tuition covering program weeks not yet delivered, less a reasonable administrative fee disclosed in your enrollment agreement.
• Students on payment plans remain responsible only for installments covering program weeks already delivered at the time of withdrawal.

4. Cohort cancellation by Pioneer Academy

If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you choose between a full refund of all tuition paid or a free transfer to another cohort or program of equal tuition.

5. Self-paced short courses

Self-paced short courses may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.

6. How to request a refund

Submit a written request via the contact page including your name, program, and cohort. We confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
