How to enrol your child
Four steps, about a week from enquiry to first lesson. Places open at the start of each term, subject to space in the grade.
The process

Enquire
A parent or guardian sends the grade, your time zone and anything we should know. Ten minutes.

Admissions call
Twenty minutes about your child, the timetable and how the school works. Bring your questions; we will tell you honestly if another school fits better.

Placement check
Send the most recent school report. Your child sits a short check in English and mathematics. This is not a pass or fail: it tells the teacher where to start.

Enrol
Sign the enrolment agreement and pay the first term. The timetable, book list and parent portal login arrive before day one.

Tuition
Per student, per school year. Payable in full or in three instalments, one before each term. Tuition covers live classes, teaching materials and the parent portal; books for the year are listed in the enrolment pack.

Joining mid-year is charged from the term your child starts. You can cancel within 14 days of paying, before term starts, for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Pioneer Academy is not an accredited school. We are working toward accreditation and will publish the outcome. Report cards and transcripts are school-issued, so please confirm with your district, school or college that they will accept them.
What we ask for
What to have ready
Nothing unusual, and nothing that costs money.
- Your child’s most recent school report or transcript
- Their date of birth, and the grade they are entering
- Any learning support plan or adjustment they already have
- Your time zone, so we can check the timetable works
- A computer or tablet with a camera, and a reliable connection
